Quote
Our free quotes involve a site visit to the client, working with them to tailor the columns to their needs. Position, size, style and function are all taken into account to find the optimal product.
Preparation
The first stage of construction is to prepare the ground with solid foundations. The extent of this will depend on ground conditions. During this stage a central grid of rebar is installed that with reinforce the column from foundations to the top.
Construction
The next stage will begin several days after the groundwork is complete to allow the foundations to sufficiently cure. A column mould is built around the rebar and filled with cast-stone to the clients specifications.
Completion
Finally, after several days of curing, the mould are removed any aftertreatments are applied and any additional works are carried out such as pergola frames and flooring.
After sales service will always be provided for customers with any queries about their product and service.
